📦 Shipping

Where do you ship to?

I ship both within Singapore and internationally.

You’ll see two options on the product page:

  • Singapore/Malaysia Mail 🇸🇬

  • International Mail 🌍

Please select the option that matches your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

  • Mail Club subscriptions
    Shipping is included in the subscription price.

  • Other products (sticker sheets, prints, etc.)
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


How long does shipping take?

Singapore

  • Typically a few working days after mailing

International

  • Usually 7–21 working days

  • Delivery time varies by country and postal service

Please note that mail is not tracked unless stated otherwise.


Do you provide tracking?

  • Mail Club subscriptions
    No tracking available

  • Other products (sticker sheets, prints, etc.)
    Tracking options available at checkout as upgrade.


What if my mail is delayed or lost?

If something doesn’t arrive after a reasonable time, please reach out.

While international mail can’t always be guaranteed, I’ll always do my best to help where possible.


💌 Mail Club (Subscription)

How does the Mail Club work?

Hooman Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription for dog parents.

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope with illustrated and paper goods, mailed once per month.

What’s included in each mail?

Each monthly mail typically includes:

  • One illustrated A6 art card

  • One personal letter

  • One journal prompt + hand stamped Lino print

  • One sticker sheet 

  • One Illustrated Monthly Journal 

If it’s your birthday month, you may also receive a small extra surprise 💛

Contents may vary slightly each month, but the intention stays the same.

When will my first mail be sent?

The monthly cut-off is on the 15th.

  • Orders placed before the 15th → receive that month’s mail

  • Orders placed after the 15th → start from the following month

All mail is packed and sent in one monthly batch.
Eg.
If you placed order before 15th Jan (for feb's mail), your mail will be sent out last week of Jan. 
If you placed order after 15th Jan (you missed out feb's mail, and will automatically be included in march's mail), your mail will be sent out last week of Feb


When am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on your signup date.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime.

Cancellations apply to future mailings.
Once an order has been confirmed for an upcoming mail drop, it cannot be refunded.
